Season passes for the elevator at the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower are now available. The pass is good for the entire year for an individual 19 years of age and older.
The pass is non-transferrable and admits one person named on the pass unlimited rides to the observation deck at the bell tower.
The bell tower will be open weekends in May and daily from 10 am to 4 pm from Memorial Day through Oct. 31. The regular price to ride the elevator is $3 round trip.
Passes are available at the Greene County Chamber and Tourism office at the Welcome Center at Thomas Jefferson Gardens, and at the bell tower starting May 1.
Children 18 and younger will ride the elevator at no charge thanks to sponsorship by the Rotary of Club of Jefferson.
